This beautiful national park is situated in the northwestern part of the country with 76 species of mammals as well as Uganda’s largest population of crocodiles.

The park hosts four of the Big Five; only rhino is absent. You will find many different animal species like crocodiles, buffaloes, Rothschild’s giraffes, Jackson’s heartbeats, waterbucks, warthogs, oribis, Uganda kob, grey duiker in Murchison’s Falls, and chimpanzees in Budongo forest. The Victoria Nile is a magnet for wildlife, and it teems with crocodiles and hippo. Occasionally sighted animals are leopard, hyena, and patas monkey.

With the 3 Days Murchison Safari, you will visit the Ziwa Rhino sanctuary. The only place you can see white Rhinos in Uganda. Proceed to the park for different game drives and launch a cruise for sightseeing of the mammals and bird species.

Detailed Itinerary 3 Days Murchison Safari

Day 0: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport

Upon your arrival, you will be required to take the covid-19 tests as required by the Ugandan government and CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) to ensure your health safety in the county. Your designated driver will later transfer you to your booked hotel for relaxation. After checking in, our company representative will later meet you for a briefing about your 3 Days Murchison Safari.

Day 1: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

After breakfast, your designated guide /driver will pick you at exactly 7:00 am and you will commence for Murchison Falls National park which takes a 6-7 hour drive. Have a stopover at the Ziwa Rhino sanctuary in Luwero to sight the beautiful white and black Rhinos. A second stop over at Masindi for lunch will be granted as you proceed to the national park to visit the top of the falls for a beautiful view of the waters falling off the rocks. You will get to see different mammals and many bird species. Later drive to your booked lodge for a rest. – 3 Days Murchison Safari

Day 2: Launch Cruise, Game drive – Murchison Falls National Park

After an early breakfast, you will go for a morning game drive that normally takes up to 4 hours sighting beautiful animals like antelopes, giraffes, elephants, buffaloes, lions, among others. At around 11:45 am – 12:00 am you will go back to the lodge relax a bit, have lunch as you prepare for the boat ride crossing you to the top of the falls. A lot will be sighted for example the Nile crocodiles, hippos, buffaloes, colored kingfishers, waterbucks, warthogs, and many more mammals and birds. – 3 Days Murchison Safari

After the boat cruise, you will be transferred back to the lodge for refreshment, dinner, and rest thereafter.

Day 3: Transfer back to Entebbe

After an early breakfast at around 6:00 – 6:30 am the driver will be ready to transfer you back to Entebbe for your flight back home with a beautiful early morning game drive where you will see the birds and animals grazing. Proceed with the journey as you will have a stopover for a hot lunch and some beautiful pictures of Uganda definitely. This marks the end of our services.
